Hi, I'm Mayah Mullins, and I wear many hats in my life—I’m a nurse practitioner, a dedicated single mom, and a passionate health coach on a mission to empower busy women.

With my 20 years of experience as a medical professional, I bring a deep understanding of how our minds, bodies, and lifestyles are interconnected.


And beyond the science, I bring my own real-life experience to every coaching session. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to balance the demands of work, family, and self-care.
